STONECREEK SETTLEMENT POLICIES

WE ARE TOTALLY NON SMOKING IN THE COTTAGES OF THE BED BREAKFAST. SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY ON THE PORCHES.
A SERVICE FEE OF $50.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE CHARGES WHEN SMOKING INSIDE.

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.. Late arrivals by prior arrangements.

Check-out time is 12:00 a.m. Check with our Manager if a later time is needed.

Certain cottages accommodate more than two guest. Additional guest are $25.00 per person.

A stay of two nights is required on selected special event weekends and some Holidays.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, we must adhere to our stated policies.

A cancellation notice is required at least 7 days prior to your expected arrival. Multiple
room reservations require a 30-day notification.

If you must cancel within the 7 days, you will be charged for your reservation if the cottage cannot be re-booked.

Reservations are secured by Visa, Master Card or American Express. We are unable to accept
personal checks for a deposit.

Changing your reservation after your initial reservation may affect the rate and/or availability of rooms.

Each of the 7 guest cottages and 2 guest rooms at Stonecreek Settlement brings the flavor and textures of a different Texas town destination to mind. You'll feel relaxed and rested with any choice of our guest cottages selected for your Salado escape. Each cottage and room feature kitchenettes with microwaves, mini-refrigerators and coffee makers with complimentary coffee.

These services and amenities are included with every cottage and room at Stonecreek Settlement.
Private breakfast delivered to your cottage on check-in thus allowing a leisure breakfast in your cottage.
Wireless Internet in common areas and cottages.

All cottages and rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the porches and common areas. Thank you for respecting this request.
