Settlement cottages are created from architectural finds and
materials reclaimed from early Texas homes. The early
Texas and German Sunday Haus style cottages are tucked into a
native landscape containing water ponds and walking trails.
Each cottage is creatively decorated with antique and handmade
furniture, carved limestone, stained glass windows and
handcrafted mouldings.
